LCTS envisages and envisions a South Sudan state and society, that is civil, knowledge based, prosperous, peaceful with itself and neighbours in the region.

Our mission is the transformation of South Sudanese society through the generation and dissemination of knowledge.

• Inculcate human values of tolerance, solidarity, justice and freedom to promote the principles of ‘Unity in diversity’ through trainings, workshops, seminars and focus group discussions.
• Promote innovation and entrepreneurship skilling, training and knowledge transfer
• Generate through research and consultancy services, and disseminate knowledge as a human right.
• Encourage constructive dialogue among the different ethnic, political and ideological groups against violence, conflict and war to combat negative social traits.
• Build Larjour Consulting and Training Service into a credible academic and research outfit which links knowledge production to socio-economic and socio-cultural transformation of the society.
