LCTS provides advisory and consulting services for public and private institutions in the domain of policy analysis, project assessment, evaluations, strategic communications, community resilience, Information technology and event management. We work in close collaboration with national and international partners in a range of areas which include strategic communication, outreach and advocacy, capacity building and technical assistance, community resilience, information communication and technology.
Training and capacity building
At LCTS we conduct leadership training and civic education courses especially for youths and Women.We help individuals and organisations realise their potential by involving them devise We also facilitate workshops, seminars and discussion on a number of diverse themes and issues that affect society and its relation to state institutions.
Our programmes are designed to better serve the public by becoming more productive, accountable, results oriented and creative at their various workplaces. LCTS approach training as a tool to bring about both individual behavioural and organisational and change. It is our policy to conduct training only in areas where we also maintain an active consulting practice.
Research and Knowledge Production
We undertake research, baseline, feasibility studies and knowledge production in the different social and applied sciences, particularly in areas that impact on socio-economic and cultural development of South Sudan and the region.
We also conduct research based on terms provided by our clients. We ensure that we have a clearly documented scope from which we research and are able to provide findings and recommendations for the same.
Strategic Communication and Public Advocacy
We provide cutting- edge communication solutions for governments and institutions both public and private. We conceptualize, design and execute efficient communications strategies as well as marketing products for print and online content.
In addition, LCTS implement advocacy and campaign strategies as well as development of campaign messages by carry audience engagement campaign message development, social media and events management.
